Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ReachBell you agree to these terms. If you’re using ReachBell for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The service

ReachBell provides tools to collect subscriber consent and send push notifications, emails, and automated messages. We may improve or change features over time; we won’t materially reduce the core service you pay for during a billing period.

2. Your account

• Keep your credentials and API keys secret; you’re responsible for activity under them.
• Provide accurate billing information, including GSTIN where applicable.
• You must be at least 18 to hold an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReachBell to:

• Message people without valid consent, or ignore unsubscribe and preference choices.
• Send spam, malware, phishing, or content that is unlawful in India or the recipient’s jurisdiction.
• Send OTPs or other content where delayed delivery could cause harm — push and email are not guaranteed-latency channels.
• Probe, overload, or disrupt the platform, or resell it without written permission.

We may suspend projects that endanger deliverability for everyone (e.g., high spam complaints) after notice where practical.

4. Your data & content

You own your subscriber data and message content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process, deliver). You’re responsible for having a lawful basis — consent — for everyone you message, and for your own privacy notice. Our Privacy Policy explains our processing.

5. Billing

• Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance, in INR (or USD for international teams, billed via Cashfree). Prices exclude GST.
• Usage limits (subscribers, sends) apply per plan; we’ll prompt you to upgrade rather than silently overcharge.
• You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires.

6. Availability & support

We target 99.9% uptime but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided per your plan during IST business hours.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach (including Acceptable Use) with notice where practical. After termination you have 30 days to export data before deletion.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at the registered office of DotSpheres Technologies Pvt Ltd have exclusive jurisdiction.
