DotSpheres Technologies Pvt Ltd (“ReachBell”, “we”, “us”) provides ReachBell as a cloud-hosted software service. There are no physical goods to ship — everything is delivered electronically over the internet, so no shipping charges or delivery timelines for physical items apply.

How “delivery” works

Because ReachBell is delivered as a service, “delivery” means provisioning your account access:

• On signup — your account is created and access is provisioned electronically right away, so you can start on the Free plan immediately.
• On payment — when a payment succeeds through our processor, Cashfree, the paid features of your plan unlock instantly on your account.

Where to access the service

You use ReachBell by signing in at https://app.reachbell.com. After a successful payment we also email an order confirmation and a GST invoice to your billing email for your records.

Trouble accessing your account

If your account or paid features don’t unlock as expected after signup or payment, contact support@reachbell.com and we’ll get you access promptly.
