About ReachBell
Built in Pune for product teams that want push, email, and automations without juggling three vendors.
Why we built ReachBell
Every customer-engagement stack we touched in the last decade looked the same: a push tool from one vendor, an email tool from another, an automations layer stitched together with webhooks, and an analytics dashboard that didn’t agree with any of them. Each tool was great in isolation. Together, they were a tax — on time, on budget, and on sanity when a campaign needed to ship before the weekend.
ReachBell exists because we wanted the simplest possible version of that stack: a single platform where the prompt designer, the segment builder, the campaign composer, and the analytics dashboard all live in the same place. One API key. One audit log. One bill.
Who we are
ReachBell is built by DotSpheres Technologies Pvt Ltd, a small engineering team in Pune, India. We’ve spent years building messaging systems for fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS products, and we got tired of the same integration sprint on every project. So we built the thing we wished existed.
We’re bootstrapped. We pay our own bills. We answer our own support tickets. That means decisions about pricing, privacy, and roadmap get made by the people who write the code — not by a board.
What we believe
- Pricing should be predictable.Per-message billing makes campaigns feel risky. Our plans bundle volume, so you don’t spend the meeting before send recalculating cost.
- Privacy is the product. Every subscriber gets a one-click preference center. Every admin action is recorded for 90 days. Encryption at rest is non-negotiable — and the customer holds the keys.
- Developer surface beats clicky configuration.Anything you can do in the dashboard, you can do via the REST API. That’s how things automate, version, and reproduce.
- Indian-rupee pricing is the default. GST invoices, UPI payments, and Cashfree handles both rupees and global cards on a single checkout.
Where we’re going
ReachBell’s engagement layer is live. Next up: a deeper analytics stack (cohort retention, channel attribution), a richer automation builder, and SDKs for every frontend framework worth supporting. The roadmap is short on purpose — we’d rather ship a few things well than a lot poorly.
