Services
Five services. One platform.
Reach customers on web push, mobile push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp from one dashboard. Write a message once, pick your channels, and ReachBell handles formatting, delivery, retries, and tracking for each — across one shared audience and one rupee bill.
Web push
Re-engage browser visitors after they leave — no app required. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.
Mobile push
Native Android and iOS delivery through FCM and APNs, from the same campaigns and segments.
Campaigns and transactional email on AWS SES with guided, one-click DNS setup.
SMS
OTPs, alerts, and promotions over SMS — bring your own provider, STOP opt-out built in.
Templates and campaigns over the WhatsApp Business API — meet customers where they chat.
Why one platform
Five tools become one less headache.
Stitching together a separate push tool, email tool, SMS tool, and WhatsApp tool means four contact lists to keep in sync, four invoices to reconcile, and four dashboards to check. ReachBell puts all of it on one — one audience, one bill, one screen.
One audience, not five
Build a segment once — say, Mumbai shoppers who abandoned a cart this week — and reach them on push, email, SMS, or WhatsApp from the same list. No exporting CSVs between tools, no contact that exists in your email app but not your SMS one. Every subscriber, and the consent they gave, lives in one place.
One bill, in rupees with GST
Every channel adds up to a single monthly invoice with a GST number on it — pay by UPI, card, or net banking. No four foreign subscriptions on the company card, no dollar pricing that swings with the exchange rate, no chasing tax invoices from vendors abroad at filing time.
Channels that hand off to each other
Chain channels in one flow instead of running each tool by hand: send a push, and if it goes unread in two hours, follow up by email, then fall back to WhatsApp. One set of rules decides what fires next — so a customer hears from you on the channel they actually check, without getting the same message four times.
One dashboard for what worked
Sent, delivered, opened, clicked, and opted-out — for every channel, side by side, in one screen. See at a glance that WhatsApp beat email for your Diwali sale without exporting four reports into a spreadsheet and stitching them together by hand.
How it works
From idea to inbox in three steps.
The flow is the same whether you send on one channel or all five. You bring the message and the audience; ReachBell does the plumbing in between.
1. Write it once
Compose the message in a visual editor and pick who it's for — a saved segment or a fresh filter. Save it as a reusable template so the next sale or order update starts from what you already built, not a blank page. Personalise with details like a first name or order ID.
2. Pick your channels
Tick one channel or several. ReachBell reformats the same message for each automatically — a title-and-icon card for web and mobile push, a full layout for email, plain text for SMS, an approved template for WhatsApp — so you don't rebuild the campaign five times.
3. We deliver it
Hit send and the plumbing is handled for you: formatting per channel, retrying when a network drops, pacing so you don't trip carrier rate limits, honouring anyone who opted out, and tracking every result. You get an audience and a message; we handle the rest.
Built in
Learn it once, use it on every channel.
Segments, automations, A/B tests, and consent aren't paid add-ons you bolt on per channel — they're built in and work the same way whether you're sending push, email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Segments
Group people by what they did, who they are, or an event you sent us — last purchase over ₹2,000, signed up but never ordered, viewed a product yesterday. The exact same segment works on every channel, so you define your audience once and reuse it everywhere.
Automations
Drag-and-drop journeys that run on their own — a welcome series for new sign-ups, a nudge when a cart is left behind, a win-back for quiet customers. Add waits ("hold 24 hours"), branches ("if they opened, stop"), and channel hops, then let it run while you sleep.
A/B testing
Try two versions of a subject line, a message, or a send time on a slice of your audience. ReachBell measures which gets more opens or clicks and rolls the winner out to everyone else — no spreadsheets, no guessing which one did better.
Hosted preference centre
A ready-made page where customers choose the channels they want or opt out in one tap — no engineering needed to host it. Every change is timestamped and stored, giving you the paper trail that India's DPDP Act and the EU's GDPR expect you to keep.
Deliverability monitoring
Watch delivery, bounce, and failure rates per channel as they happen, so a broken email sender, an expired WhatsApp template, or a misconfigured domain shows up on your dashboard — not three campaigns later when the numbers look wrong.
Transactional API & SDKs
Trigger order confirmations, OTPs, and shipping alerts straight from your code with one SDK — install a single package instead of wiring up each provider. The same API drives every channel, so adding SMS OTPs to an email-only app is a config change, not a rebuild.
