Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026 · The rules for using ReachBell responsibly
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of ReachBell and the services provided by DotSpheres Technologies Pvt Ltd (“ReachBell”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using ReachBell you agree to follow this policy; if you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update this AUP from time to time, and the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use ReachBell (the “Service”) to do, or to enable others to do, any of the following:
- Message recipients without valid opt-in, or continue messaging anyone after they have opted out; send unsolicited bulk or junk messages (spam) over any channel.
- Distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise harmful, or that violates the rights of others (including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights).
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code, or run phishing or other attempts to deceive recipients into disclosing credentials or sensitive information.
- Send special-category or sensitive personal data that you are not permitted to process — for example data revealing health, financial account credentials, government identifiers, or other categories restricted under applicable law — through the Service.
- Rely on the Service for time-critical content such as one-time passwords (OTPs) or other messages where delayed delivery could cause harm. Push and email are not guaranteed-latency channels and must not be used as a sole or primary mechanism for security codes or other latency-sensitive, safety-critical messages.
- Probe, scan, overload, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security controls or rate limits.
- Point webhooks, callbacks, or other integrations at internal, private, or third-party infrastructure in order to attack, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to it (including server-side request forgery and similar techniques).
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written permission.
Messaging-channel compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws and platform policies that apply to the messages you send and the recipients you send them to. In particular:
- For SMS to recipients in India, you must comply with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s commercial communications rules (TRAI TCCCPR), including DLT registration of your sender entity, headers, and templates.
- For WhatsApp, you must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the related commerce and business terms, including template and opt-in requirements.
- For recipients outside India, you must comply with the applicable anti-spam and electronic-messaging laws of the recipient’s jurisdiction — for example the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States and CASL in Canada.
Across every channel, valid consent and honoring STOP / opt-out requests promptly are mandatory. You must keep records of consent and must not message anyone who has withdrawn it.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend, limit, or terminate any account or remove content that violates this AUP, breaches our Terms, or threatens the deliverability, security, or stability of the Service for other customers. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately when needed to protect the Service, our customers, or message recipients.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using ReachBell in violation of this policy, please report it to support@reachbell.com. Include as much detail as you can — message content, sender, and timestamps help us act quickly. DotSpheres Technologies Pvt Ltd, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
