Do I need my own AWS account?
No. ReachBell sends through managed AWS SES infrastructure — you just verify your domain with a few DNS records. If you prefer your own SES account for compliance reasons, the Business plan supports bringing your own credentials.
How does the one-click DNS setup work?
For Cloudflare and GoDaddy, you paste an API token and ReachBell creates the SPF, DKIM, and verification records directly — then polls DNS until everything turns green. Tokens are encrypted at rest and you can revoke them after setup.
Can I send both newsletters and transactional email?
Yes — campaigns (newsletters, promos, digests) run from the dashboard with segments and scheduling, while transactional sends (receipts, resets, alerts) go through the REST API. Both use your verified domain and share suppression lists.
What about GDPR and India’s DPDP Act?
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe to a hosted preference center, suppressions apply instantly across campaigns, and consent changes are recorded. That covers the consent and withdrawal requirements of both GDPR and the DPDP Act.
